Responsibilities:

. Work with Sales to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  • Customer and Supplier Order Entry.
  • Customer and Supplier Order Expediting.
  • Providing customers with order fulfillment information.
  • Respond to incoming order-related calls and e-mails from customers.
  • Interface with all internal departments and levels of management to resolve customer issues and service failures.
  • Perform projects as assigned by management.
  • Retrieval of internal and external documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of office experience required.
  • Strong PC skills and familiarity Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Moderate telephone volume in a fast paced environment.
