Position Profile:
As a Global Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large global accounts, including both the development and retention of business within existing accounts, and the development of new accounts. The objective is to align Anixter’s vast resources to our customers’ needs on a global scale to maximize our relationship and opportunity to sell. To be successful, you will need to be able to position and sell value added services and supply chain programs. This individual is responsible developing and implementing a global customer selling strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Physical Security, Networking Infrastructure, Pro/AV, Wireless and other IT/facility oriented technologies are a plus
  • Sales skills including but not limited to business plan development, forecasting, professional presentation capabilities, sales cycle management, negotiation and closing
  • Experience preparing effective sales proposals, contracts, and RFQ’s
  • Demonstrated ability to implement tactical and strategic leadership
  • Must be able to learn products, sales processes, and systems
  • Possess excellent communication skills and follow up
  • Existing Global Accounts Sales experience
