Position Purpose:

Perform various day-to-day project management and sales support duties focused on providing superior customer service, increased customer satisfaction, and supporting mutually beneficial business relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing project management and sales support as assigned by manager
  • Order entry and logistical oversight of large complex projects when required
  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for order tracking and expediting, freight audits, stock receipts, and other reports that are relevant to the position
  • Assisting with the establishment of new job accounts and maintaining account specific files for customers and projects
  • Assisting with A/R and A/P accounting processes
  • Answering multi-line phones and routing calls to appropriate personnel when necessary

We are looking for candidates with the following capabilities:

  • Project Management, Sales, and Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Broad computer knowledge and experience is necessary
  • Bachelor Degree Level Education Preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability and capacity to take on increasing levels of responsibility

Environmental requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
  • On some occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
