The candidate will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives and strategies. He/she will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop marketing plans, and then communicate effectively to all relevant internal teams as well as customers.


  • To Have proved experience on develop marketing content throughout different sales channels
  • To have strong knowledge to manage a team of leads digital technologies and In charge of graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as e-commerce and social medias.
  • Broad knowledge on development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers to company website.
  • To have experience on driving adoption, both internally and externally, of the organization’s digital tools and turning digital technologies into organizational assets.
  • Proved experience on drive digital transformation for a subset of digital tools.
  • Wide experience managing marketing activities and sales programs for the organization.
  • Have experiences on selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors and supplier partners.
  • Strong budgeting and marketing expenses experience.
  • Wide knowledge on analyzes statistics and identifies areas to optimize marketing expenses performance.
  • Broad experience on oversee company advertising, events, expos and public relationships. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in a related same position as an individual contributor.
  • 4 to 6 years supervisory experience is require.
  • Fill English skill for business conversation; Portuguese speak disable
