Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer
The IT and Digital team at WESCO is built on three key principles: enable rapid decision making, empower teams for greater accountability and collaboration across the enterprise, and drive a customer-first approach through technology. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer on our Information Security team.
We are ready to grow our Identity and Access Management team to support WESCO’s new Digital Roadmap.Reporting to the Manager of Identity and Access Management, this new role will help us to utilize our recently implemented IGA platform by enabling RBAC and integrating with new and exciting Enterprise applications as well as migrating current systems. This role will require partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze the requirements, design the roles and lead the implementation while applying best practices and IAM road map.
Additional expectations:
- Troubleshooting skills to debug any IGA issues
- Must be able to think out of the box. The ability to troubleshoot non-standard issues/undocumented issues, to look at the big picture and see how a problem fits in and determine a solution that fits within the existing framework
- Provide input to assist with continual improvement
- Effective communication and good documentation skills
Required Qualification
- Three (3) years of working experience with IDM/IGA tools
- Strong understanding of User Provisioning and Management framework to support RBAC and ABAC
- Strong understanding User Lifecycle and Governance
- Strong understanding of API integration, Web Services, LDAP, and SQL
- Experience with one or more scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell
Desired Technical Qualifications:
- Experience working with Saviynt
- Working knowledge of user directory systems (AD, LDAP, etc)
- Experience implementing SOD and Certification process
- Understanding of Access Management tools and authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth
- Programming experience; Java, Java Script, JSON
Education (degree): Bachelor-level degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
