Customer Service Analyst - Miami

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing purchasing and inventory processes

• Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Customer service

• Cost management

• Management of purchases of telecommunications or related elements

• Negotiation with local and international suppliers

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED

• Studies in Logistics / International Trade or related. Undergraduate level

• Bilingual Spanish-English (Fluency in Written / Spoken English)

• Use of Excel intermediate level

• Experience in purchasing and Inventory processes

• Ability to coordinate with different departments in a professional manner and maintain good communication within the office.
