We are currently looking for an experienced Office Admin to support the sales team with data entry, administrative duties, and maintenance of reports and system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greets customers, vendors, and associates.
  • Answers internal and external calls; directs calls to the appropriate department.
  • Provides miscellaneous clerical assistance to various departments as needed.
  • Orders and stocks office supplies.
  • Entering data into spreadsheets
  • Monitoring and working daily reports
  • Handles all paperwork for the system
  • Prepares and codes invoices. Matches customer pick-up and delivery tickets for accuracy
  • Ordering of Supplies
  • This is a partial and growing list of responsibilities. The Admin can expect additional duties to be assigned as needed.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Customer service experience
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience communicating with multiple departments.
  • Excellent computer skills, Access to multiple systems will be required.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and Email use.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communicator, self-directed, motivated and goal oriented.
