This position will be located in a brand new facility in the Secaucus area. We do not have a final address yet but will share with candidates during the recruiting process to assess their continued interest.

Position Purpose:
Collaborate with Alliance Manager and assigned team to support the sales organization and generate sales for a large Investor Owned Utility program. Identify, develop, and market integrated supply chain services and solutions for a strategic customer account. Analyze market trends, create sales collateral and presentations, write sales proposals, and use proven methods to execute our business development strategy within various levels of the Utility.

Responsibilities include:
* Develops and builds customer relationships within the program and multiple levels including but not limited to: Operations, Engineering, Procurement, AP/AR
*Works with the Alliance Manager, assigned team and customer to support sales growth and develop business opportunities in B2B Utilities market. Builds and maintains business relationships with sales leaders, suppliers and new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
* Creates and executes business development plans, and pursues qualified leads within the customer alliance.
* Possesses a strong understanding of our product and service offerings, our industry position and our competition to identify enterprise-wide product and service offering growth opportunities.
* Prepares, supports and/or delivers customer sales presentations/meetings. Includes developing content such as marketing collateral, sales presentations, business and financial modeling, sales reports, and proposals (unsolicited and RFPs).
* Plans and manages the deployment and implementation of national or regional sales initiatives. Communicates and implements projects/initiatives, representing and providing direction to project teams throughout development, communication, deployment, and sustainability phases.
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of the processes necessary to support administrative and reporting requirements for the sales organization. Develop programs and reporting tools to support the sales function.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with:
* Three + years proven track record in sales support or marketing
* Exposure to Utilities market or integrated supply chain experience desired
* 2-4 Years Project Management or Account Management desired
* Business case development, sales proposal writing and contract administration experience
* BA or BS degree
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Role requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
