
Country Sales Manager - Wire & Cable

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the committed sales target.
Aggressively identify and drive new business opportunities, new customers, new products and new partners
Provide clients with the solution to enhance their competitive advantage and provide value to their operation
Build new and maintain existing relationships by consistently providing a superior level of service, support and added value
Quarterly review on the agreed business plans with business partners
Coach and improvement the competencies and productivity of team
Providing the Anixter internal organisation (operations, marketing) with necessary information to build a value proposition and a solution to meet customers' expectations
Increase market share

Key member of the APAC management team.
Reporting to the Asia Pac Wire and Cable VP
Ability to comprehend Corporate Strategy, then to formulate and execute this locally
Strong ability to form relationships and engage senior leaders to establish win-win relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners
Strong people management and coaching experience
Effective inside and outside sales management
Leading a pro-active sales team
Lead and inspire the team into a high performance organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualifications with MBA preferred
At least 7 - 10 years of progressive sales experience in Electrical industry segment and 3 years of P&L management experience
Experience working in a distribution channel environment will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and proven team player
Strong track record in delivering growth commitment
Entrepreneurial spirit
Proven track record in similar sales capacity
