Our master distributor division needs a Location Sales Manager to expand our sales of electrical and electronic solutions to existing customers and prospects, with a focus on key suppliers. Position Description
We are seeking highly talented and motivated individuals whose aspiration for advancement in a career in sales is evident in their leadership, performance and teamwork. This position will lead a team of approximately 5 Inside Sales Representatives and will be responsible for driving sales and strategic initiatives. Your ability to grow the existing business through your team as well as manage key vendor and customer relationships within the territory is the key to your success and upward mobility. The ideal candidate would have a strong independent work ethic, show initiative, be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills, excel in our key initiatives and aspire to build a career.

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in a related major is preferred
-Candidate must demonstrate at least 5 years of success in sales management or territory sales, and have a depth of experience in selling electrical and electronic wire and cable products.
-Candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a dynamic group of sales professionals. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
-Candidate must have strong analytical and decision making skills.
-Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and sales processes.
