En esta área las responsabilidades de esta posición está muy relacionada al manejo efectivo de la Información y comunicación con los departamentos de Compras, Operaciones y Logística.

La persona ideal debe poseer las siguientes habilidades.

FORMACION

  • Al menos dos a tres años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia de trabajando bajo presión y cumplimiento de fechas límites.
  • Educación técnica superior

RESPONSIBILIDADES:

  • Esta persona será responsable por manejar y procesar al menos 380 órdenes semanales
  • La persona también es responsable del proceso de facturación y asegurarse que la información sea procesada de forma adecuada.
