Lead a team of operations manager s, supervisors and associates to ensure best in class customer service is delivered daily (200,000 sq foot building)

  • Serve as a liaison and partner with: Senior leaders, sales teams, customer service, transportation, facilities finance, audit teams, corporate quality and human resources
  • Plan, develop and manage budgets, P&L’s, and be responsible for developing cost savings initiatives
  • Design and implement new procedures
  • Execute our Central and South American export strategy while ensuring compliance with all company, customer and government/regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and develop staffing plans to ensure proper staffing levels which includes managing labor costs and retention
  • Providing value added services for our customers
  • Have fun!

What you need to be successful:

  • Operational experience in distribution; international export experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of team building and management
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and computer aptitude
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English is essential
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse and distribution best practices
  • Ability to connect, coach, guide and mentor others
