The Role
In this position, you will be a key member of our supply-chain projects team. The supply chain solutions team manages complex projects for our customers a/v, electrical, wire&cable and technical orders. The Operations Coordinator helps to manage the flow of projects by tracking the accuracy of taks being performed, mainstinaing project supplies, maintianing project scheules, and ensuring scope of work is being followed. This is a hands on position, so you will also be verifying inventory, building out projects on the floor, picking materials, and quality checking projects before they leave the facility. When you are not working in this role, you will be expected to work in the warehouse, picking, packing, shipping or cutting wire & cable.

To Be Successful
- You are fast paced, hands-on, and have an extreme attention to detail.
- You are flexible, able to switch priories on demand and without issues.
- Are knowledgeable of correct assembly techniques and the proper tooling required.
- Have the ability to research products through vendor systems and catalogs.
- Can conceptualization of parts and processes to meet customer expectations.
- Understanding of warehouse functions, warehouse computer systems and processes.
- Have a high sense of urgency and balanced approach with good time management of warehouse activities.
- Can understand and interpret technical drawings and installation documentation.
- Have the ability to creatively adapt drawings and physical parts to meet customer requirements.
- Must have good written skills with documentation of processes and instructions.
- Are versatile: you are open to project demands.
- Have a personable and effective teaching style.
- Have professionalism with customer, sales and warehouse personnel.
- Are safety conscious.
What It Takes To Be Successful In This Role (Qualifications):
- At least 6 months prior work experience in a work flow coordination role.
- Required experience operating forklifts is preferred.
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, production, retail or manufacturing required.
- Demonstrated prior experience operating forklifts and/or other powered industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated math, counting, reading and writing skills.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, push, pull, squat and walk throughout a shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, generally an entire shift (8+ hours per day).
