Manager of WalkMe Center of Excellence -  Learning Programs

Anixter’s global Learning & Development team is seeking a manager of the WalkMe Center of Excellence.

Anixter has partnered with WalkMe Inc’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) which makes it effortless to use any software, website, or app within Anixter’s technology platforms. Combined with proactive, step-by-step guidance, the comprehensive solution analyzes and automates processes so users can complete tasks easily in the moment of need.

The Manager, WalkMe Center of Excellence will work closely with leaders on identifying and implementing assisted training best practices, policies and processes. The Manager, Center of Excellence provides clear direction and leadership to multiple teams and ensures all deliverables established by the Center of Excellence are met. Builds and establishes relationships with assigned teams to ensure the overall deliverable is meeting goals and internal customer expectations.

Sets scorecards/metrics to measure results for productivity and compliance. The position will work closely with the VP of Global Learning & Development, Senior Director of North America Learning & Development and key business stakeholders on building out tools to support best practices, policies and processes. Position will assist in development of a best in class assisted training intake, build, launch, and review process.  Position will establish and assist in process of updating assisted training upon software updates from supported platforms.

1. Partner with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and priorities and define a hierarchy of priority processes to be supported by WalkMe.
2. Assess existing program level best practices/tools, determine what is similar and recommend what can be standardized across all assisted training programs
3. Work with internal team to build tools to support all best practices and processes. Develop detailed business cases including budget requirements for tool delivery or enhancement requests.

4. Create and manage intake process for new use cases of WalkMe.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a best in class launch process
6. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; establish project timelines and determine resources needed. 
6. Monitor all program field key performance metrics to ensure the program is performing to all key stakeholder expectations
7. Monitor and measure performance and effectiveness of all best in class practices/policies.
8. Provide thought leadership
9. Collaborate with internal and external to be innovative and creative to find more efficient ways to deliver a better product;
10. Participate in and/or provide content for executive level business reviews.
11. Other duties as assigned.


·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         5+ years of prior relevant experience in Learning, Systems Instruction or related field preferred

·         3+ years of Learning & Development experience preferred

·         Understanding of field sales and/or warehouse operations including process, and training practices and standards

·         Experience in managing a small start-up team, including field execution teams preferred

·         Proven success in relationship development and management

·         Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks

·         Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members

·         Professional attitude and leadership skills

·         Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

·         Excellent judgment, negotiation skills, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands

·         Motivated & confident working with people

·         Must be familiar with Microsoft Office

·         Remain proactive in anticipating problems or issues and resolves issues quickly

·         Ability to travel 25-30%
