Position Purpose:

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal customers. Ensure business solutions align with requirements and strategic goals. Design, document, test and leverage business solutions. Assist in defining and planning departmental project roadmaps. Partner with clients and manage prioritization and delivery of services for an application module or subject area.


Responsibilities include:

Inventory Management:
* Ability to gather data from several sources to recommend alternative strategies for replenishment which may be “out of the box”
* Ability to incorporate forecast information from the customer into traditional “past usage” information to develop a overall strategic plan for replenishment activity; also provide forecast accuracy reporting
* Ability to communicate and gain consensus with peers on non-standard approaches via data gathering and solution presentations—verbal and written
* Ability to establish adjunct reporting to enable more proactive replenishment actions than “in house” system provides.
* Ability to provide proactive reporting, analysis, information and recommendations to senior management on inventory. Metrics, Usage Patterns and Variances, Back Order Avoidance, Turns, etc. etc.

Pricing/Costing:
* Ability to provide variance analysis on pricing and costing. Proactive reporting, action recommendations and tracking.
* Ability to communicate and provide proactive useful information to finance, sales, sourcing and inventory management on trends which are negatively or positively affecting the business; solution recommendations to be provided as well.

Program Management:
* Ability to become a valued business partner to the program management team by providing overall program analysis and reporting on: Metrics, financial performance, inventory performance and customer satisfaction
*Assist/project manage the preparation, documentation and report generation of quarterly business review package with the customer; working hand–in-hand with program management team.

We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience with Microsoft Suite including significant Access and Excel expertise
* Strong communication skills specifically in face to face interactions with both internal and external clients
* Experience with SX.e preferred
* Experience with Adobe
